HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will typically arrive within 2-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and external factors like weather or customs processing.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We work hard to process and ship orders as soon as possible. If you want to amend your order in any way, please contact us as soon as possible to request changes. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will happily amend/cancel it. Once the order has been processed, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately through our contact form and we’ll assist you in locating it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending replacement parts, offering a discount, or processing a return for a refund or replacement. Make sure to check our Refund Policy for details and requirements.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible indicating the order number and correct shipping address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, address changes may not be possible.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKING FEES FOR RETURNS?

No, we do not charge restocking fees for returns. However, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

HOW DO I ASSEMBLE MY KAMADO ARGENTINO?

WHAT FUEL DOES THE KAMADO USE?

All Kamado Argentino grills use charcoal. We recomend using our Premium Lump Hardwood Charcoal for the best results and performance. Wood chips can also be added for achieving a more smoky flavor.
